Endovo is an agronomic research initiative running the first documented, scalable cultivation of Tabernanthe iboga on Colombian soil. The project is operated under Kuriwaji, an ethnobotanical research organization with 15 years of continuous work in the Tabernanthe genus.
The core asset is not land or equipment. It is time: a proven, documented domestication protocol built on a sister species (T. manii), an established living seed bank, and T. iboga now in active cultivation. No competitor entering today can replicate this baseline without a decade of work.
Endovo is currently raising capital to expand existing crops onto new land and increase cultivation capacity as clinical demand for ibogaine biomass accelerates.
02 — PROBLEM / OPPORTUNITY
Ibogaine is emerging as one of the most scientifically significant compounds in modern addiction research. Stanford’s 2024 study on veterans with PTSD documented substantial reductions in symptom severity. Johns Hopkins and NYU have active programs. In April 2026, a U.S. executive order directed federal agencies to accelerate ibogaine’s regulatory review for veteran PTSD and addiction treatment — the first explicit federal validation the compound has ever received.
Clinical trials require standardized, traceable, contaminant-free plant biomass. Today, virtually all ibogaine supply derives from wild extraction in Central Africa — a source that is ecologically stressed, logistically fragile, and under increasing export restriction.
There is currently zero certified ibogaine biomass producer in Latin America. The clinical supply chain for a compound entering formal regulatory review is structurally unbuilt.

This is not speculative: Colombia is a megadiverse country for this plant family, and the structural chemistry is a legitimate open question.
04 — UNIQUE ADVANTAGE
Any new entrant attempting to cultivate T. iboga from scratch faces a decade of protocol development before producing any commercially or scientifically relevant biomass. Endovo has already absorbed that cost — in time, not capital — and is now in active cultivation.
The competitive position rests on three non-replicable assets:
1. A documented, living protocol — proprietary, field-tested in Colombian conditions, currently applied to T. iboga.
2. An established living seed bank — T. manii cultivars providing ongoing propagation capacity and genetic baseline alongside active T. iboga plots.

From a supply chain standpoint, Endovo is positioned to become the first traceable, Colombian-origin ibogaine biomass supplier as clinical demand scales — with documentation standards that will meet future GMP-equivalent requirements.
05 — BUSINESS & IMPACT MODEL
Endovo is structured as a compound asset play across three value layers:
Biomass supply: Standardized, traceable T. iboga biomass for clinical research institutions, pharmaceutical developers, and regulatory-grade studies. Demand is present and growing; no Latin American supplier yet qualifies.
Botanical IP: If Colombian Apocynaceae species are confirmed to contain ibogaine analogs, discovery and characterization rights represent significant intellectual property for Colombia — and for Endovo as the originating research entity.
Conservation value: Every kilogram of cultivated biomass displaces one kilogram of wild-extracted root from threatened African populations. This positions Endovo as a conservation asset eligible for biodiversity and conservation financing (GEF, GBFF, Wellcome Trust).
The project is aligned for blended finance: early capital from impact-oriented investors and conservation funds, with long-term revenue from biomass supply contracts as clinical research scales.
06 — CURRENT STAGE
Endovo is past proof-of-concept. The domestication protocol — developed and refined over 15 years with T. manii — is now actively applied to T. iboga in Colombia. The first plants are in the ground.
The current raise targets land acquisition and site development to expand cultivation capacity, increase plant volume, and build the traceability documentation required by clinical research buyers. Applied research collaborations with health professionals and alkaloid characterization partners are in early development.
Capital raised in this phase converts an operating cultivation into a scalable supply chain asset.
07 — VISION AND SCABILITY
The active cultivation of T. iboga in Colombia is the proof that unlocks every downstream opportunity. A documented, replicable protocol in field operation is scalable across additional sites, applicable to related species, and licensable to institutional partners in other jurisdictions.
The longer arc: if research confirms ibogaine analogs in native Colombian flora, Endovo becomes the originating institution for a discovery with global scientific and commercial significance. Colombia would hold a sovereign biological asset with no African extraction dependency.
As regulatory frameworks mature in the U.S. and globally, the demand curve for traceable ibogaine biomass will follow. The institutions that establish supply chain credibility now — documentation standards, alkaloid profiles, chain-of-custody traceability — will define who qualifies as a supplier when procurement becomes formalized. Endovo is building to that standard before the market demands it.
